Account & Registration

Visit the Register page and fill in your basic details — full name, email address or Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a secure password. The whole process takes under two minutes. Once submitted, you'll receive a verification message to confirm your contact details and activate your account.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use Yogame. Age is verified both at registration (based on the date of birth you provide) and again during KYC document verification. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 will be immediately closed and any associated funds returned.

No. Each person is permitted one account only. Creating duplicate accounts — for any reason, including claiming multiple welcome bonuses — is a breach of Yogame's Terms and Conditions. If our system detects multiple accounts linked to the same person, all duplicate accounts will be closed and bonus funds will be voided.

A clear copy of your Pakistani CNIC (both front and back) is the standard requirement. A valid passport is also accepted as an alternative. The image must clearly show your full name, photograph, and date of birth. Blurry, cropped, or partially obscured images will be rejected and will delay your verification. We recommend completing KYC as early as possible so your first withdrawal is processed without hold-ups.

On the Login page, select "Forgot Password." Enter your registered email address or mobile number and you'll receive a reset link or OTP. Follow the steps to set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered contact details, email our support team with your account information for manual assistance.
Deposits & Payments

JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast deposits are typically credited within seconds to a couple of minutes. Bank transfers (IBFT) can take slightly longer — usually up to 30 minutes during business hours, though it can occasionally take a few hours depending on your bank. If your deposit hasn't appeared after the expected timeframe, check that the transaction went through on your payment app side first, then contact support with the transaction reference number.

Yes. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method but is kept low to make the platform accessible. Check the deposit section within your account dashboard for the current minimums per method. There are no fees charged by Yogame on deposits — though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

This can happen when a payment is processed on your mobile wallet's side but a connection issue prevents it from reaching Yogame's system. Don't panic — in nearly all such cases the amount is either credited automatically within 1–2 hours or reversed back to your wallet. Take a screenshot of the failed transaction and transaction ID from your JazzCash or Easypaisa app and send it to support. They'll investigate and resolve it promptly.
Withdrawals

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal section. Select your preferred payment method, enter the amount in PKR, and confirm the request. Your account must be KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed. For full details on processing times and limits, visit the Withdrawal page.

Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few hours. Bank transfers typically take 1–2 business days depending on your bank. Processing times can be slightly longer during peak periods such as PSL match days or major Cricket tournaments when request volumes are higher. You'll receive a confirmation notification once your withdrawal has been dispatched.

Common reasons for a withdrawal being held include:
  • KYC verification not yet completed or documents pending review
  • Active bonus wagering requirements not yet met
  • Security check triggered by an unusual activity pattern
  • Payment details on file not matching your verified identity
If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than expected, log in and check your account notifications, or reach out to support with your withdrawal reference number.

Generally, withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. If your original deposit method is no longer available — for example, a JazzCash number you no longer use — contact support to discuss alternative arrangements. Additional verification may be required.

Live betting allows you to place bets on markets that update in real time while a match is in progress. For Cricket, this includes ball-by-ball markets like next wicket, runs in an over, batting team total, and match winner — all with odds that shift dynamically based on what's happening on the pitch. You must be logged in to access live betting, and your account must have sufficient balance to place a stake.

Once a bet has been confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. Pre-match bets that have been accepted are binding once the match has started. In rare cases — such as a significant data error affecting odds — Yogame may void specific markets, in which case all affected stakes are returned to account balances. Always review your bet slip carefully before confirming.

If a match is officially abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) rules, most markets will be voided and stakes returned. If a result has been declared via DLS, bets will generally be settled on that result. Specific rules vary by market — full settlement rules are available in the Terms and Conditions.
Bonuses & Promotions

New members are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The exact offer — including match percentage and maximum bonus amount in PKR — is displayed on the Promotions page and updates regularly. The welcome bonus must be claimed within a set period after registration, so don't leave it too long after signing up.

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) is the number of times you need to bet a bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable as real cash. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 5x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of PKR 5,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus can be withdrawn. Yes. PSL season is one of the most active promotional periods on Yogame. During the Pakistan Super League, you can expect enhanced odds on marquee fixtures, special free bet offers, and reload bonuses targeted at Cricket markets. The official Yogame app is available from the Download page on this website. Do not download the app from third-party sources, unofficial APK sites, or links shared over WhatsApp — these may be modified versions that compromise your account security.

Yes, Yogame has apps for both Android and iOS devices. Android users install via the APK file from the Download page (you may need to allow installation from unknown sources in your device settings). iOS users can install the app as a Progressive Web App (PWA) or through a direct link — full instructions are on the Download page.

First, make sure you have the latest version installed — an outdated app is the most common cause of crashes. Uninstall the current version and download the latest APK from the Download page. Also check that your device has enough free storage (at least 200MB recommended) and that you're on a stable internet connection.
