Yogame Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account on Yogame, you must be at least 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are registering voluntarily for your own personal use and entertainment.

When creating your account, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and Yogame may close your account and withhold any balance if inaccurate details are discovered.

• Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Yogame reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.

Yogame may decline to open an account or close an existing account at its discretion, particularly where it suspects fraudulent activity, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on Yogame are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets as standard deposit and withdrawal methods.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly after the payment provider confirms the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and, in some cases, your bank or mobile wallet provider. Yogame does not charge platform fees on deposits, though your payment provider may have their own transaction charges which are outside Yogame's control.

By placing a bet, you agree to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. • Pre-match bets are accepted up until the time specified for each market. Bets placed after an event has started may be voided at Yogame's discretion.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted in real time subject to availability of live odds. Connection issues during in-play betting do not automatically entitle a user to cancel a bet.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the rules published for that sport. In most cases, unsettled bets will be voided and the stake returned.
• PSL and international cricket markets follow standard cricket betting settlement rules — match winner, top batsman, total runs, and in-play propositions are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.
• Yogame does not accept bets placed with the intent to guarantee profit regardless of outcome through systematic abuse of markets (matched betting abuse, arbitrage). Such accounts may be restricted or closed.

Yogame reserves the right to limit stake amounts on individual markets, events, or user accounts where necessary to manage risk. This is a standard industry practice and does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Yogame offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit reload offers, PSL-season cricket specials, cashback deals, and other time-limited promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

• Bonuses are generally credited to a separate bonus balance and converted to withdrawable funds only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per new account. Attempting to claim a new-user bonus on a duplicate account is a breach of these Terms.
• Yogame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice, where the offer is being abused or where circumstances require it.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent bank transfers, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or systematically exploiting promotion structures in ways inconsistent with genuine play.

• Chargeback abuse: Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after using funds for gaming activity.
• Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately taking advantage of bugs, display errors, or incorrect odds. Winnings from known errors will be voided.
